We have worked on several bespoke sales enablement programmes for our technology clients. For one client undertaking a series of corporate acquisitions, we developed a two-week 'boot camp' to speed up awareness and adoption of a new market approach by the merged sales community. We developed an eight-week blended learning programme for another client, incorporating content from clients, partners and industry experts.
